TESTING
1. The Queen's Academy/Capitol of Opera -- Let's be honest, if not for the Academy, there wouldn't be much of a city around the government buildings. The campus is practically a city within the city, with wide-open seating areas exposed to the sky and full of buildings that are open and airy -- the sort of thing with great accoustics, let's be honest. There are gardens and covered walkways, and really, it's sort of your stereotypical idyllic city ... on the outside, at least. There are still alleyways and seedy corners; you just have to find them.
2. The Borderlands -- The barren wastelands that ring around the country of Opera. There's very little life out here, scraggly and struggling up through the rocks, unable to flourish without the care of dedicated Singers. Bandits and vagabonds live out here, as well as varying monsters, both fantastical and mundane. There's three major roads that cut through the Borderlands from Opera to the kingdoms beyond, but those are always being watched ...
3. BYOP -- make up your own setting, your own place! A secret hideout, in the royal palace itself, a smaller town or village inside the country, anything. It is ~all up to you~.
